2. Services
TexMile Logistics provides freight dispatch and related logistics services (“Services”). All service descriptions, rates, and schedules are subject to change at our discretion.
3. Customer Obligations
Accurate Information: You warrant that all shipment details, cargo descriptions, and contact data you provide are accurate and complete.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permit requirements for your shipments.
4. Pricing & Payment
Rates: Quoted rates are based on load characteristics, distance, and service level.
Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon delivery or as otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms: Net 30 days, unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations: Requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup; cancellation fees may apply.
Amendments: Changes to routing, load details, or timing are subject to availability and possible service fees.
6. Liability & Insurance
Carrier Liability: Carrier liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable federal statute (49 U.S.C. § 14706) unless higher coverage is arranged.
Cargo Insurance: We offer cargo insurance options; if you opt out, you assume full risk for loss or damage.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TexMile Logistics and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence in shipment preparation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and intellectual property on this website are owned by TexMile Logistics and may not be copied or distributed without our express written consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service and website access immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or illegal activity.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
