Job Description: Front-End Web Developer

We are seeking a Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into interactive, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences. You should have a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies, performance optimization, and best practices to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-friendly websites and web applications.
• Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create smooth user experiences.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases while ensuring code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices.
• Debug, test, and resolve front-end issues and bugs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Gulp, npm).
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with performance optimization and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–3+ years of front-end development experience (for junior to mid-level roles).
• 3–5+ years for senior-level roles.
